5 Powerful Ways Expel Odor Foot BAD

Even the most well-maintained feet would be a bit smelly even if a day of wearing leather boots. If you smell a foul every time take off the shoes, you should be careful.

Feet smell indicates excessive growth of bacteria or fungi in the foot. Now it's time to find out the cause and take action.

"These microbes thrive in dark and damp conditions, such as in the shoe," said Joseph Sciandra, podiatrist in Buffalo, New York, and president of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association.

Winter is the main time for foot odor Sciandra said. Thanks to our shoes warmth awake for hours. The shoes and trendy like the sneaker often worn primarily by women without wearing socks.

"Your feet will sweat throughout the day, and it bore the germs that cause odor," said Sciandra. Quoted from the Women's Health, the following is a tactic to fight the unpleasant foot odor.

1. Do not go without socks
Your feet have sweat glands exceeding other body parts. So this is a warning that is really important. When you wear shoes with closed fingers, even the thin cotton socks can act like a sponge that absorbs perspiration from the feet, to prevent it becoming a colony of germs. Change your socks at least once a day, more if you work out.

2. The tea party for your feet
If the scent of the foot is not known, try a simple way that can be practiced at home. Soak feet in the water with black tea marinade for 20 minutes every day. Acid contained by black tea eliminate microbes and close the pores so that the feet stay dry, according to the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management. Use two tea bags per liter of water, soak the tea cool before soaking feet.

3. Spray antifungal
"Some antifungal sprays help maintain and control the aroma foot," said Sciandra. If you are not a fan of aerosols, instead sprinkle antifungal powder. Once sprayed or sprinkled powder, feet will be dry. Also not a bad idea to spray or sprinkle talcum powder in the socks before installing it.

4. Rotation shoes
Generally one would not wear the same genie for two days in a row so that there is little time for the air apart. The same principle is also used for shoes.

"Wearing the same shoes every day to prevent foot sweat to dry completely. We recommend that each pair of shoes you wear no more than two days. Then, if you are a diligent practice to the gym, consider buying two pair of athletic shoes to be changed.

5. Release your feet
Removing shoes under the table while sitting at work or in the car during the trip can provide a bit of time for the air to come out. Fresh oxygen can circulate, against the growth of bacteria and fungi, said Sciandra. However, for the good of the people around you do not take off your shoes in public transport.
